BeautyDrama.com must handle the warranty because our prices are so low Farouk Systems will not honor CHI irons sold online.
All Flat Irons and other appliances are guaranteed to be free of defects and workmanship errors for one year from purchase. You can return your flat iron to BeautyDrama.com if:
- You have your receipt and it was purchased less than one year ago.
- You may use a credit card statement if you do not have a receipt.
- It was not dropped or otherwise caused to stop working by user.
- It was purchased from BeautyDrama.com
- A copy of your receipt (NOT THE ORIGINAL)
- Check or money order for $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. If it's within 1 month, we will send you the replacement without the $15 fee. Please not that after one month of purchase date, there is $15 fee.
- A note with your name, physical address you want your replacement sent to via USPS or UPS and a daytime phone number. It is very important for your to put your phone number in the box so that we may contact you if there is any problem shipping your iron.
